Ultra clean bench, also known as ultra clean workbench or purification workbench, is a universal local purification equipment for single person operation, widely used in industries such as scientific research and pharmaceuticals, medical and health, electronic optical instruments, etc. It forms a high-purity air environment through a vertical or horizontal laminar flow system, with the core component being a high-efficiency filter (HEPA/ULPA) that can filter out dust and microorganisms above 0.3 μ m, achieving a cleanliness level of US Federal Standard 209E 100, with adjustable wind speed range of 24-30mm/min, and supporting ultraviolet sterilization and alcohol lamp operation.
The main body of the equipment adopts a stainless steel operating area and metal mesh cover structure, equipped with three-phase motor drive and adjustable air volume system. Some models are built-in with LED control panel, pre filter and UV protection device, balancing durability and safety. Daily maintenance requires regular cleaning of the air inlet filter material and testing of the circuit system. In tropical regions, it is recommended to place it in a double door room to extend its service life. According to the direction of airflow, it is divided into vertical laminar flow (suitable for biomedicine) and horizontal laminar flow (suitable for the electronics industry), and the operating structure covers multiple models such as single person single-sided and double person single-sided.
